XS Trade is the brainchild of James and Emily Connolly, who run successful leading mechanical and electrical business, Konnect Services Ltd, based in Hertfordshire. The concept is simple: if you have left over building materials, XS Trade ensures you don’t have to skip them - you can sell them on and make an unexpected profit.

It saves money, it saves waste AND it saves the environment. An estimated 13% of all building materials - worth £1.5BN - are skipped every year in the UK. That is a shocking figure and one we believe to be totally unnecessary.

XS Trade is aimed at ANYONE - from the DIY enthusiast looking for a few extra paving slabs to a major building company seeking bespoke, high-end, materials.  The user:

Uploads pictures of the materials

Suggests a starting price

Adds a contact number

And then sits back and waits for users to #MakeMeAnOffer…...
